no surprise charges. Your membership covers the access, diagnostics, and ongoing physician

DPC Primary Care Membership
$150 per month
Includes:
- Unlimited visits with same or next day availability for urgent concerns and routine visits scheduled promptly without weeks-long waits
- 30 to 60 minute appointments every time
- Direct messaging to your care team with timely response Monday through Friday

Concierge Membership
For patients who want premium direct physician access and full enrollment in the Impact 100 longevity program. Contact us to discuss concierge membership options.
Includes everything in DPC, plus:

- DEXA body composition scan, VO2 max testing, and advanced blood panel included
- Direct secure text messaging with your physician, not just the care team

discounted, transparent cash-based pricing. Pricing is always reviewed with you before any test
is ordered so there are never any surprises. Payment is made at the time of ordering.

Insurance, HSA, and FSA
Can I keep my existing insurance? Yes. A DPC or concierge membership works alongside your existing insurance. Most members pair their membership with a high-deductible health plan that covers hospitalizations, major procedures, specialist care, and emergencies. Your Impact membership handles primary care at a fraction of the usual cost.
Is my membership HSA or FSA eligible? DPC membership fees are generally eligible for reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. We recommend confirming with your plan administrator.
